Terms of Service

1. Service Description

SwissImmigrationPro provides a digital platform offering immigration guidance tools including permit pathway assessments, document checklists, deadline tracking, and an AI-powered assistant. Our services are informational in nature and do not constitute legal advice.

2. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • One person or legal entity per account. Shared accounts are not permitted.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription and Payment

  • Free accounts have limited access to features as described on our pricing page.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed in Swiss Francs (CHF) via Stripe.
  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. Annual subscriptions renew at the end of the 12-month period.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
  • Prices are inclusive of Swiss VAT (8.1% MWST) where applicable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to circumvent immigration regulations.
  • Upload false documents or provide fraudulent information.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service without written authorisation.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software of SwissImmigrationPro are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any personal data and documents you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process uploaded data solely for service delivery.

6. Disclaimer of Legal Advice

SwissImmigrationPro is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. All information, including AI assistant responses, is provided for general guidance purposes only. Immigration law is complex and subject to change. For advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed Swiss immigration attorney.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, SwissImmigrationPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG). All data is hosted in Switzerland.

9. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes all your data.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
  • Upon termination, you may export your data before deletion.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered seat of SwissImmigrationPro in Switzerland.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms with 30 days' notice via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
